    Discovery call

    A 30-minute call to understand your team, your goals, and any logistical anchors like dates, locations, and budgets.

  2. 02

    Custom blueprint

    Our event architects draft a narrative arc, clue mechanics, and route. You get a written proposal within five business days.

  3. 03

    Production

    We handle permits, props, talent, and tech. Custom-printed materials, branded apps, and live actors when the format calls for it.

  4. 04

    Event day

    Your dedicated Ox Host runs the experience start to finish — kickoff briefing, real-time leaderboard, and the closing awards moment.

  5. 05

    Debrief & assets

    Photos, video highlights, and a culture report within 72 hours. Most clients book a second event within six months.

Frequent questions.

What's the minimum team size?
We design hunts from 10 up to 1,000+ participants. Smaller groups get a more intimate, narrative-heavy format; larger groups run in parallel teams with a live leaderboard.
How far in advance should we book?
Four to six weeks is ideal for full custom builds. For our existing formats we can sometimes turn around an event in 10 business days — ask us.
Can you run hunts outside major cities?
Yes. We've produced hunts in 40+ cities across North America and Europe, and our remote format works anywhere there's a stable internet connection.
What's included in the price?
Event design, all materials, on-site staff and host, app access, photography, and the post-event highlights package. Permits and venue fees are pass-through.
